The MOB is a real heart searching ministry just for men. All men. Regardless of marital status or age, men are called to be to be warriors and bear the image of Jesus Christ. The MOB addresses real issues all men face; at home, at work, and every area of a man's heart. We are about building character, integrity, purity, honesty; taking a firm stand for justice and righteousness.

There are (4) different divisions of the MOB:

1) The Godfathers - men of season who have been there and done that. Experienced in the different phases a man goes through. The Godfathers are Godly men who become a father figure to a younger man to provide support, accountability, and wisdom. Experience is a must, and experience comes with age.
 
2) MOB BOSS's - This is a captain in the MOB, a Capo Bistone (underboss). BOSS stands for Builder Of Sanctified Souls. His job is to keep in contact over the 2-4 men in his MOB, to train them, nurture them until they are strong enough to become a BOSS to other men.
 
3) Associates - These are the younger men, usually unmarried. These men will carry out assignments to meet the needs of the MOB as well as the community. They will also look after the well-being of the Godfathers.

4) The Enforcers - These men are well on their way to spiritual maturity. Most are fathers, in a daily battle for balance at home and at work.
Combined, these men will perform "HITS". These "hits" are specific jobs or deeds aimed at someone or something that demonstrates the character of Christ. It can include, but not be limited to meeting a specific need in the community, The Church, or for an individual.

These are men after God's heart; men who are part of a cause greater than themselves. Men who accomplish, men who conquer, men who win.
